Livraria LER DEVAGAR, Lisboa

This bookstore first opened in Bairro Alto, but moved to a larger space in the Lx Factory complex, which was once a printing house. It has kept the old printing machines, and the décor with a bicycle hanging from the ceiling and books covering the walls has placed it among the world's 10 most beautiful bookstores.
It offers a good selection of art-related books, including some in English and French.
The large industrial interior includes a bar downstairs and a gallery on the upper level.

Esta livraria nasceu no Bairro Alto mas mudou-se para um amplo espaço na Lx Factory, que durante anos foi uma tipografia. Mantém as antigas máquinas de impressão, que, junto com a decoração com uma bicicleta voadora e livros espalhados pelas paredes já colocou-a na lista das 10 mais belas livrarias do mundo.
Dispõe de uma boa seleção de livros de arte e cultura, incluindo muitos em línguas estrangeiras.
No interior industrial há ainda um bar de apoio e uma galeria no piso de cima.
