RESTAURANTE & BAR SOMMELIER, Lisboa

This space, halfway between Avenida da Liberdade and the Torel lookout terrace, is for true wine lovers. It serves wine by the glass, allowing the tasting of several, straight out of nine Enomatic machines. It has over 80 choices, mostly from Portugal, including many not usually available at other restaurants.
The dining area is tastefully decorated with sofas, chairs and armchairs made in Portugal, and the idea is to create an atmosphere to chill out among friends.
The menu offers Portuguese cuisine with a few international influences, that goes well with the wine.

Este espaço, a meio caminho entre a Avenida da Liberdade e o Miradouro do Torel, é para os verdadeiros apreciadores de vinho. Serve vinho a copo, permitindo provas de vários, saídos de nove máquinas Enomatic. Há mais de 80 referências, quase todas nacionais, incluindo várias que dificilmente se encontram noutros restaurantes.
A sala está bem decorada, com sofás, cadeiras e cadeirões fabricados em Portugal, e a ideia é criar um ambiente para relaxar entre amigos.
Na ementa há cozinha portuguesa com alguns apontamentos internacionais, que liga bem com o vinho.
