Restaurante OLIVIER, Lisboa

It was one of the first restaurants to modernize Portuguese cuisine with an international touch, when it was still located in Bairro Alto. After a move closer to Avenida da Liberdade, it has continued to innovate in an elegant space, where it also serves one of the city's best brunches on Sundays (available only in the fall and winter).

Foi dos primeiros restaurantes a modernizar a cozinha portuguesa com um toque internacional, ainda nos tempos em que se encontrava no Bairro Alto. Depois de se ter mudado para a Avenida da Liberdade, tem continuado a inovar, num espaço requintado, onde também se serve um dos melhores brunches da cidade ao domingo (disponível apenas no outono e inverno).
