After opening some of Lisbon’s hottest restaurants, where he focused on meat, ceviche and Asian foods, chef Kiko turned to a more health-conscious cuisine for his next restaurant. It’s found in a modern building with an equally modern décor by British designer Jasper Morrison, and nothing is served fried, but rather raw, steamed or grilled. The desserts have no refined sugars, and are sweetened in alternative ways.
There are several drink options to go with or top off the meal, including some original cocktails, originally created for the chef's other restaurants.

Fica num edifício moderno com uma decoração a condizer, da autoria do designer britânico Jasper Morrison, e não serve fritos, apostando nos crus, vaporizados e grelhados. As sobremesas não levam açúcar refinado, e são adoçadas de formas alternativas.
