RESTAURANTE LOCO, Lisboa | Chef Alexandre Silva

This restaurant is found by the Estrela Basilica and offers fine dining by chef Alexandre Silva, who’s been behind the kitchens of some of the hottest restaurants in town. The last one was Bica do Sapato, and he also maintains a spot with his name at the Ribeira Market.
The space has an open kitchen and only a few tables, where two bold and fun tasting menus are served. Inspired by the national cuisine, the chef uses seasonal ingredients, and the menus change every two weeks.
Reservations are essential.

Este restaurante fica junto à Basílica da Estrela e serve a alta cozinha do chef Alexandre Silva, que tem sido responsável pela cozinha de alguns dos restaurantes mais badalados da cidade. O último foi o Bica do Sapato, e mantém ainda um espaço com o seu nome no Mercado da Ribeira.
O espaço tem a cozinha aberta e poucas mesas, e serve dois arrojados e divertidos menus de degustação. Inspira-se na gastronomia nacional, usando produtos da época, e os pratos mudam a cada duas semanas.
É essencial fazer reserva.
