Ground Burger

Found next to the Gulbenkian’s Modern Art Centre, this burger joint offers traditional American burgers and some delicious milkshakes. Everything is served in a modern space with lots of natural light, and there’s always something new to try -- the "burger of the month."
The certified meat is 100% Black Angus, an imported quality breed from the United States. For vegetarians there’s an option made with chickpeas and soy.
The French fries are prepared in garlic and rosemary, and the bread is baked at least twice a day in the in-house oven. That is, everything is artisanal and with fresh ingredients.
To wash it all down, there’s a huge selection of craft Portuguese and foreign beers.

Situada ao lado do Centro de Arte Moderna da Gulbenkian, esta hamburgueria oferece os hambúrgueres tradicionais americanos e uns deliciosos milkshakes. Tudo é servido num espaço moderno com muita luz natural, e todos os meses há uma novidade -- o “hambúrguer do mês”.
A carne é certificada e 100% Black Angus, uma raça de qualidade, importada dos Estados Unidos. Para os vegetarianos há uma opção com grão e soja.
As batatas são fritas com alho e alecrim, e o pão é cozido no forno pelo menos duas vezes ao dia. Ou seja, tudo é artesanalmente preparado na casa diariamente, com ingredientes frescos.
Para acompanhar a refeição há uma vasta seleção de cervejas artesanais, portuguesas e estrangeiras.
