Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa has been known for innovating Portuguese cuisine for quite some time, and after working at some of the best restaurants in town and having his own TV cooking show, he opened his own restaurant in 2009, in the Santos district. In 2015 he moved to Chiado, where he continues to innovate and to develop his talent.
The stone-arched interior is decorated with warm colors and wool and cotton tapestries, about 3 meters in diameter, made by Portuguese artists.
It presents à la carte and tasting menus, always of Portuguese cuisine but with a few Asian influences. Don’t be surprised if some of the dishes are served by the chef himself, or if they’re finished in front of you.

O chef Henrique Sá Pessoa é reconhecido pela sua inovação na cozinha portuguesa há já algum tempo, e depois de passar por alguns dos melhores restaurantes da cidade e de ter um programa televisivo, abriu o seu próprio restaurante em 2009, em Santos. Em 2015 mudou-se para o Chiado, onde continua a inovar e a desenvolver o seu talento.
A sala de pedra abobadada é decorada com tons quentes e tapeçarias de lã e algodão, de cerca de três metros de diâmetro, feitas por artistas portugueses.
Apresenta menus de degustação e à la carte, sempre de cozinha portuguesa mas com algumas influências asiáticas. Não se surpreenda se alguns dos pratos forem servidos pelo próprio chef ou se forem terminados à frente do cliente.
