All of Lisbon's viewpoints are romantic, but none more than this one, looking over all of downtown towards the castle and the river. It is a landscaped terrace with busts of historical figures, a fountain, and a kiosk café from where you can sit and admire the beauty of the city.
Going up and down the hill next to the terrace is the Gloria funicular and behind it is the Port Wine Institute where you can sample all kinds of Portugal's famous drink.

Ao lado do terraço vê-se o Elevador da Glória a subir e a descer a colina, enquanto que num dos edifícios atrás encontra-se o Solar do Vinho do Porto onde se podem descobrir todos os tipos do vinho mais famoso de Portugal.
