RESTAURANTE PORTO DE SANTA MARIA

This was one of Portugal's first restaurants to receive a Michelin star and has also received a few famous faces such as Brad Pitt and the king of Sweden. It was also chosen as U.S. president Bill Clinton's dining option during his state visit to Lisbon in 2000. He raved about the fish he had here (sea bass baked in a crust of salt), and it's in fact one of the best fish and seafood restaurants in the country.
It's found right by Guincho Beach in Cascais and is also known to serve some of Portugal's best wines along with ocean views.
It closes on Mondays.

Este foi um dos primeiros restaurantes a ser premiado com uma estrela Michelin em Portugal e tem recebido caras conhecidas como o ator Brad Pitt e o rei da Suécia. Foi também a escolha do presidente dos EUA Bill Clinton para um jantar durante a sua visita oficial a Lisboa em 2000.
Clinton elogiou o prato de peixe ao sal que aqui comeu, e este é de fato um dos melhores restaurantes de peixe e marisco no país.
Encontra-se junto à Praia do Guincho em Cascais e é também conhecido por servir dos melhores vinhos em Portugal, juntamente com uma fantástica vista para o mar.
